	After years of managing teams, and hiring personnel for large organizations, Charlie Reeves founded Alpha & Omega Workforce Solutions. He has convinced his people into believing in his vision, helping Alpha & Omega Workforce Solutions evolve into one of the most unique workforce solution companies in the industry. Charlie believes that Alpha & Omega Workforce Solutions sets itself on a completely new level by implementing the hiring strategy he provides for his clients, and the expectations he sets for employees.
His vision is for Alpha & Omega Workforce Solutions to specialize in providing clients with a consultative approach to insure the connection of the most qualified candidate with the best organization providing short term needs, long term solutions, and future projects. Charlie grew up in Baytown, Texas currently resides in Mont Belvieu, Texas. Mr. Reeves is a 2004 graduate of Lamar University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Communications. Charlie has a vast array of knowledge in all aspects of human capital management. He has held positions as Senior Regional Director, SAR Director, Business Development Manager, Territory Manager, and Sales Director. He has received numerous community and professional awards such as New Business of the Year, monthly pacesetter awards, Gold Club Leadership, and Platinum Leadership Club Recognition.
