New Business Development Representative Needed for an Established Industrial Service Company

-30 plus year old Industrial Service Company

-Offers multi-services including:

*mobile units        *bio blast cleaning        *maintenance service        *fireproofing

*insulation        *abrasive blasting        *below grade services        *yard facility

*scaffolding         *atmospheric coating        *soil to air transitions

Job Description:

-Achieve sales and profit goals by developing new customers, opening new business opportunity

-Conduct sales and service activity and develop strong customer relationships

-Prepare quotations and proposals, follow up and negotiate terms, and close transactions

-Organize and conduct training sessions for prospective customers, survey market and competitive 

conditions

-Complete reports regarding itineraries, expenses, sales calls, leads and other related reports

Requirements:

-3 plus years of business to business industrial service sales experience

-Hunter mentality 

-Proven experience in developing new business, building repeat business and managing a sales 

Territory

-Relationship-building skills at all levels with customers and prospect organizations

-Hands-on product demonstrations for customers and prospects; mechanical aptitude

-Self-starter and self-motivated

-TWIC card

-Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record are essential

Pay:

-$60-80k base salary plus

-Commissions & bonus opportunities
