Job Description:

This position requires basic understanding in:

• AutoCAD for the design of Site Development
• Land Development Projects that vary in size from one acre to one hundred acres.  

Requirements-

 Basic Understanding of:

• Preparing underground utilities
• Paving
• Drainage
• Detail sheets for construction
• Basic Knowledge in AutoCAD as it relates to:
  • Paper space
  • Model space
  • Sheet layouts
  • Layer management
  • Plot scales
  • Plotter configuration settings

Computer Skill proficiency in:

• AutoCAD 2010
• Microsoft Word
• Excel
• Outlook 
• Adobe Acrobat

Addition Requirements:

Communication with public agency personnel for plan approvals that include but aren’t limited to: 

• Small and large Cities
• Counties
• TX Department of Transportation
• Municipal Utility Districts
• Flood Control Districts
• Responsible for designs utilizing
